Refund policy
At Magically Pawsome, we are committed to ensuring that you and your pet are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return policy.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
• All items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, free of pet hair, and unwashed.
• Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products damaged due to chewing or biting will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Final sale products and gift cards are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS:
1. Ensure that the items meet the return conditions listed above.
2. When mailing back your product(s), please include a note with your name, order number, and indicate whether you would like a return or an exchange for a different pattern or size.
3. We recommend adding tracking to your package to ensure safe delivery. Please note that shipping fees to return the product(s) to us are non-refundable. Magically Pawsome cannot issue a refund if the package is lost and was sent without tracking.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment if a return is requested. For exchanges, we will send the requested different pattern or size.
